You can report potholes and paving repairs.  Please be very specific as the the exact locations of offending paving slabs and potholes.    If an entire road requires relaying then this will take a very large budget commitment.  Because of the long term neglect under Conservatives it will take a long time to gradually save the finances for such projects.  Repairs and patches to prevent pedestrians falling over and road repairs to prevent accidents and further determination have to be an urgent priority. The liberal democrats have secured money for these urgent repairs and appreciate your time in reporting the problem.
