Notes:  

If tree roots are potentially damaging property the council will check this, often reports turn out not to be trees but other factors.  If the property is not your own home address, please supply this in the other details box.

If applying for permission to prune a TPO tree at your own address, the council will supply you with the appropriate paperwork for an application.

If requesting the council to plant a tree outside your property - the council will ask you to contribute towards this and will ask you to water it during the summer.
