Liberal Democrat - Refuse Report to Kingston Council

Liberal Democrats have raised concerns following the procedures leading up to the awards of contracts.  The Liberal Democrats have used the scrutiny committees to call in Sita bosses demanding improvements in the cleansing, refuse and recycling collection problems.
