BROADMEAD  AVENUE - Worcester Park

This document does not exist say Tories.

Conservative Councillors deny the existence of the document below.  They say that there is no such document that states that there are NO TPO trees at the rear of Broadmead Avenue.  Councillor McDonald has stated that residents had reported that they had seen such a document and that developers had quickly shown such a document to him also.  Hence the real truth behind this needs to be examined.

It has since transcribed that this document needs to be read with another in interpreting its content.  Hence section 10.2, Tree Preservation Order, while stating "No", this actually is supposed to be read as "No other TPO trees"

A question arises in that should a Conservative, or any other councilor lower themselves to slander and libel, when another is simply attempting to ascertain the truth for the public?
